The above mentioned rates have to be intended per week, from Saturday to Saturday, and include:
- nr. 1 sunumbrella and nr. 2 sunbeds per apartment or villa
- for one week stays: final cleaning on departure day and one cleaning of the floor and bathrooms with lining and towels change on Wednesday
- for two or more weeks stays: final cleaning on departure day and one cleaning of the floor and bathrooms with lining and towels change each Wednesday and Sunday
- private, large and shaded parking, accessible with parking card only; not guarded
- mini club for kids up 4 to 12 years (from 22/05 to 15/10/2010); watergym and sport tournaments for adults (from 03/07 to 11/09/2010)
- air conditioning and heating.
- water, electricity and gas use
- taxes and VAT 10% are included
- Additional bed (upon request) 20,00 € per night; additional baby cot 15,00 € per night
- Check-in time: rooms and sunumbrellas are available from 3.00 p.m.
- Check-out time: rooms and sunumbrellas have to be left within 11.00 a.m.
- Apartments and villas have to be left in good conditions
