Therefore, referring to the norms that historically have ruled bookings and cancellation policies wouldn’t be logical: for this reason we decided to simplify them, so that you can think serenely about your summer holidays, because that’s what we think you need.
Until the 1st of June you are free to book your holidays without obligation. Why are we proposing this solution? Because at the moment it doesn’t depend on you nor on us to decide if there will be the right conditions for a carefree and totally safe holiday.
Help us to arrange the best stay for you
After the 1st of June, if the health conditions allow it, our staff will set in motion in order to make you find Roccamare on your arrival just like you are imagining it: ready to welcome you. After that day we are providing a cancellation policy which is much more advantageous than the usual one, but at the same time allows us to arrange your stay in the best way.
In order to confirm the booking, will be requested a down payment of 30% of the entire booking amount. The payment can be made by bank transfer or by one of the major credit cards. Roccamare S.p.a. reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit card with the down payment amount. Once the amount due has been charged, we will proceed with the final confirmation. In case that upon receipt of the request, the availability conditions of the selected accommodation have changed, Roccamare S.p.a. will stop any transaction and will promptly notify this matter to the cardholder.
In case of booking cancellation, the deposit refund will be determined according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations and penalties
The reservation can only be cancelled in writing (by fax or e-mail) and must be confirmed by the Booking office.
- For cancellations received up to 48 hours before arrival, the deposit will be refund through the same system used for the payment.
- For cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival, only the first night will be charged and any difference will be refund through the same system used for the payment.
- In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained as a compensation.
